milkyflakes.com is the website of Milky Flakes, an ice cream shop at 1399 N Main St, Walnut Creek, California. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. These terms cover the website only: not what you buy at the shop, and not the Milky Flakes team app.

What the site is

The site gives general information about the shop. We try to keep it right, but hours, the menu and other details can change, and the site may be out of date or unavailable at times. What the shop offers on the day is what counts.

Please do not misuse the site: do not try to disrupt it, break into it, or copy it in bulk by automated means.

Our name, words and pictures

The Milky Flakes name and logo, and the words, drawings and photographs on the site, belong to us or to the people who let us use them. You are welcome to view the site and share links to it. Please ask before using any of it for anything else.

Links to other services

The site links to services run by other companies, such as TikTok, Instagram and maps. We do not run them and are not responsible for them. Their own terms apply.

No warranty, and the limit of our liability

The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the same extent, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or from relying on what it says. Nothing in these terms limits a right that the law does not allow to be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute about the site belongs in the state courts in Contra Costa County, California, or the federal courts that serve it.
